Event coverage that keeps up.

Parties, launches, festivals, the odd chaotic corporate away-day — covered with actual energy, and edited fast enough to still be relevant by the time you post it.

The approach

Events don't repeat themselves, so there's no reshoot if we miss it. The job is staying close to the actual energy of the room rather than a stiff, staged version of it — and turning the edit around while people still remember the night happened.

How it works

How it actually runs.

A rough call sheet for a typical evening job — yours will differ, but the shape holds.

2 wks

Brief & scope

Tell us what the event is, roughly how long, and where the content's going. We'll say honestly if half a day is actually enough.

18:00

Doors & arrivals

On-site early, ambient and detail shots while the room is still clean, so the venue gets its moment before three hundred people fill it.

20:30

Day-of coverage

Moving with the event instead of stopping it every five minutes for "one more shot." Nobody's paying to watch someone find their settings mid-event.

+4 days

Same-week edit

Stills and a short recap edit, turned around while it's still worth posting rather than three weeks later when nobody cares.

Delivery

A shareable gallery and edit with full usage rights — use it however you like, we're not precious about it.

Style reference

A look at the frame.

Actual event coverage, not stock photography with the serial numbers filed off — motorsport days and national-day events Jack's genuinely shot.

Packages

Early rates. Still figuring out the ceiling.

Priced to the size of the event, not a flat rate that punishes small ones. It's one person and a camera bag, not a production company, and the invoice reflects that. Final number once we know the brief.

Questions

Good to know.

Same week, standard. If it's time-sensitive — press, a launch — say so and we'll move faster.

Yes, quoted to however many days you actually need covered — not a fixed package that doesn't fit.

Usually, yes — same team, same day, so the stills and the recap edit actually look like they belong together.

A 60–90 second highlight edit that captures the atmosphere, not just a slideshow with music slapped over it.
